Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $75,000–$90,000 + Super (dependent on experience)

About the Role

As the Facilities Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our venue is secure, well maintained, and presented to the highest standard. Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the facility, coordinate contractors, and ensure all preventative maintenance and compliance requirements are completed on time.

You'll work closely with our contracted grounds maintenance team, who maintain the Par 3 golf course and landscaped areas, ensuring work is completed to a high standard while supporting the Venue Manager with venue improvement projects and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Maintenance

- Complete general repairs and maintenance throughout the venue.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance across buildings, plant, equipment, and venue infrastructure.
- Monitor the condition of all venue assets and report maintenance priorities to the Venue Manager.
- Assist with venue improvement projects and capital works.

Contractor Coordination

- Supervise the contracted grounds maintenance team responsible for maintaining the Par 3 golf course and surrounding landscape.
- Coordinate external contractors including electrical, plumbing, fire, refrigeration, security, and building maintenance.
- Ensure contractors work safely, meet agreed standards, and complete work within required timeframes.

Work Health & Safety

- Assist the Venue Manager in implementing and maintaining the venue's WHS systems.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and identify maintenance or safety risks.
- Ensure annual,



bi-annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily compliance checks are completed and documented.
- Coordinate statutory servicing including fire equipment, emergency lighting, test and tag, and other compliance requirements.

Asset Management

- Assist in maintaining the venue's asset register and maintenance records.
- Coordinate servicing schedules for plant, machinery, and venue equipment.
- Support budgeting by identifying maintenance requirements and future asset replacement needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and servicing of our state-of-the-art robotic golf ball collection system.
- Liaise with suppliers and service technicians when specialist support is required.

About You

- Experience in facilities supervision, maintenance, property maintenance, or a similar role.
- Practical maintenance and troubleshooting skills across a variety of building systems.
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance schedules.
- Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety practices.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A current Australian Driver Licence.
- White Card (desirable).
- Experience within golf, sport, hospitality, or recreation facilities is highly regarded.
