About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead our Sydney & Southern operations, driving safety, operational performance, profitability, customer service and business growth across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing operational teams.
- Drive efficiency, productivity and financial performance.
- Manage budgets, resources and operational outcomes.
- Deliver business improvement and growth initiatives.
- Foster a strong safety and compliance culture.
- Build relationships with customers, councils and key stakeholders.
- Lead strategic projects and operational improvements.
About You
- Proven senior leadership experience in a blue-collar operational environment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience driving business performance and change.
- Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Contract management experience and understanding of WHS compliance.
- Waste industry experience highly regarded.
