About the role

Provide contemporary evidence based consumer/patient focused care, in collaboration with the interprofessional health care team to facilitate optimal health outcomes for the recipients of healthcare services and undertake delegated activities while assuming individual accountability for actions within the position and context of practice.

About you

- Actively engage with Cultural Reporting Line to access culturally informed, guidance and advocacy.
- Maintain access to Cultural Support, as determined by the individual, to strengthen cultural identity, wellbeing, and professional growth.
- Participate in and represent the organisation at cultural events, community activities, and engagement forums to build respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities, with appropriate support provided by the team.
