We are currently recruiting for a Design Architect with a special expertise and eye in creative design phases to join a Tier 1, Internationally recognised Architecture & Interior Design practice based in Sydney.

Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, our client requires a skilled Design Architect with strong front-end design capabilities and proven multi-residential experience to join their team.

About the role:

Permanent Full-time

Sydney Based

Salary range – Competitive and discretionary pendingexperience

Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is required

A minimum of 4-7years of local experience is required

ArchiCAD or Revit experience is desired

In the role of a Design Architect, youwill be part of the following tasks:

Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of design schemes for multi-residential projects

Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver exceptional design outcomes

Prepare and present design concepts forclients and stakeholders

Develop detailed design documentation and specifications

Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout project delivery

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture

Stay current with industry trends, building codes and sustainability practices

In the role of a Design Architect, we require you to have the following experience:

Master of Architecture qualification

Current local experience working on multi-residential projects in Sydney

Robust front-end design capabilities

Experience across design phases (concept through to documentation)

Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or PR)

Currently residing in Sydney
