Workfast is seeking experienced Civil Labourers who hold a current Excavator RII ticket for ongoing civil projects. We have multiple positions available with immediate starts for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable jumping in and out of the machine to get the job done.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 12 months' experience in civil labouring and earthworks.
- Current RII competency for Excavator Operations
- Must have current Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B vaccinations.
- Construction White Card.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work productively within a team and follow site instructions.
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general civil labouring duties including trenching, manual handling, spotting, and site clean-up.
- Safely operate excavators as required to assist with earthmoving, trenching, and backfilling.




- Work closely on the ground alongside trades and other machine operators.
- Complete daily pre-start inspections on machinery and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a secure, hazard-free, and tidy work area.
- Follow all site safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
