This role is responsible for delivering seamless, high-touch service across the club floor with a

focus on premium food and beverage service. This role upholds high standards of hospitality,

presentation, product knowledge, and service etiquette for members and guests in The Pillars Club.

Venue floor staff anticipate member needs, support smooth service flow, and contribute to an elevated,

welcoming atmosphere across the venue.

As a private members club, our priority is personable and engaging service with our

members, as such, we are seeking workers with a high regard for quality service

preferably with experience from restaurants or hotels.

The Venue also holds a high capacity of events of various styles such as private dinners,

presentations and cocktail events. This allows for a unique style of hospitality work, as each

day is never the same.
