Personal Trainers - Qualified & Non-Qualified

Personal Trainers Wanted – Fitness First, Sylvania and Surrounding Suburbs – Qualified & Non-Qualified roles available.

We’re looking for Trainers to join our growing team at Fitness First. We need passionate individuals excited to sell the benefits of health and fitness. Working your own hours, making decisions, managing your own clients & your own roster.

Fitness First are proud to have the most successful Trainers in the industry operating within our clubs. The proven success is due to a high volume of members and foot traffic, full-service fitness offerings, and sales systems to drive members to Trainers with intensive support from your in-house PT Manager and Club Team who are invested in your success. Every club, and therefore every PT has an in-club PT Mentor.

The role of a Fitness First Personal Trainer:

- Conducting 1on1 Personal Training Sessions
- Conducting 1on2 and Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions
- Conducting SGT (Small Group Training)
- Performing health consultations & designing/demonstrating personalised programs
- Helping our members achieve their health and fitness dreams
- Improving our members’ lives!

To start you will require:

- First Aid and CPR
- Cert III or Cert IV in Fitness

Not yet qualified and looking to study to become a Personal Trainer? Together with our industry partners, we will work with you to gain the necessary qualifications where you can complete your qualifications in our club!
