At Roesner and Hamilton, we work on the infrastructure people rely on every day - transport, roads, power, lighting and signals that keep cities moving.

We're a growing engineering consultancy founded in 2018 and expanded in 2025 with the acquisition of Electrical Reticulation Design Services (ERDS). Together, we're a team of 50+ engineers, designers, and drafters delivering major projects across Queensland. Our expertise spans road, highway and motorway planning and design, ITS, traffic signal design, road lighting, drainage and civil and electrical construction.

What You'll Be Working On

You will play a key role in the design of transport infrastructure projects from concept planning through to detailed design and construction phase support. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver quality, context sensitive and safe solutions.

Technical focus areas include:

- Roads and Intersections
- Active Transport
- Safety Barriers

You’ll have ownership of your work, support from management, and space to grow.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You





- Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Are RPEQ certified
- Have road drainage design experience including 12d drainage & AutoCAD software
- Communicate well (with teammates, clients, and stakeholders)
- Can manage your workload with minimal supervision
- Want to keep learning and progressing your career
