Warrah Society is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Northwest Sydney disability services team on a permanent part time basis, delivering person-centred support across the day program.
In this role you’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, and help create a safe, engaging environment for participants while supporting day-to-day operations, rostering, and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. On-site work with regular Monday–Friday hours.
