Located at our head office in Gepps Cross, South Australia, there are multiple full-time permanent roles available to join our Systems Engineering team and be part of the next phase of defence technology. We are looking for people from all engineering functions that have a demonstrated interest in the integration of an engineering system. This is your opportunity to practice model-based engineering, pioneer recent approaches, and support the leadership of our key projects. What you will do:

We have positions available at multiple levels of seniority, so role specifics may differ, however, by being part of the Systems Engineering team you will be involved in the full engineering project lifecycle. The key priority is to bring together the individual elements of our projects to ensure the highest standard of operation. This will look like:

Lead system definition activities including requirements,



architectures and interfacesDevelop and maintain requirements traceability across design, integration and verificationSupport system design, trade studies and technical decision makingWork closely with hardware, software and integration teams to ensure cohesive system outcomesContribute to system integration, verification and validation planningIdentify, manage and mitigate technical risks and system level issues

About you:

You may have worked in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering for a few years and are looking for your next career move in a fast-paced, progressive environment. You may be a generalist across engineering domains, or have experience in testing, validation, and verification. Either way, you will be proactive, curious, and interested in going beyond your designated function. You have a desire to understand how systems work and will do what it takes to prove that it does.

You will have next level attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with others. You will be degree qualified in an engineering function, and you may have an existing AGSVA Baseline clearance or above, or at least the ability to obtain one.
