Site Supervisor Brisbane - Residential Custom Home Builder

Meadan Homes is a fast-growing residential builder with a reputation for delivering high quality homes across Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Building Supervisor for Brisbane who takes ownership of their sites, drives projects from set out to handover and holds themselves to the same high standard we hold our builds.

This isn't a babysitting role we want someone who hits the ground running, knows how to get a job moving fast, and keeps it moving.

The Role

You will be the driving force on site, setting the standard for quality, safety, and program delivery across our residential projects including Extensions, New Homes, Duplexes.

Lead site set-outs and oversee full project lifecycle from the ground up

Own and drive the site programme, you set the pace, you hold the trades to it

Manage, coordinate and direct all trades on site

Maintain full safety compliance and site presentation at all times

Communicate clearly with clients you're the face of Meadan on site

Identify and solve problems before they become delays or rework

Read,



interpret and work confidently from architectural and engineering plans

Sites are based across Brisbane Metro, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Who We Are Looking For

You're an experienced, organised, all-round building professional. You know what good looks like and you don't settle for less. You can juggle multiple trades, hold a tight schedule, and still have the client feel looked after.

You'll need:

- A track record of delivering builds on time and to a high standard
- Strong scheduling and programme management skills
- The ability to read and interpret full construction plans
- Current driver's licence
- White Card and all relevant licences to be on site
- Excellent communication skills with trades, clients and the team
