Pact Group is seeking an Assistant Leading Hand to support the shift Leading Hand in supervising activities in the production hall. You will report to the shift Leading Hand and work closely with the site Quality Officer, ensuring efficient machine operation and adherence to quality and safety standards.
As an experienced machine operator, you will be self-motivated with a solid work ethic and attention to detail, while ensuring compliance with HACCP & GMP and maintaining a focus on safety.
