Nikpol is expanding with a new warehouse in Prestons – a key logistics and industrial hub in Western Sydney. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant / Trade Counter Sales team member to support our warehouse operations while providing outstanding service to our trade customers.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations with trade counter customer service. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will assist trade customers at the counter and over the phone while ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched. You'll also help maintain an organised warehouse and occasionally complete local deliveries.

Duties Include





- Providing friendly and professional counter and phone service to trade customers
- Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks safely
- Organising, replenishing, and maintaining warehouse stock
- Supporting general sales and customer service activities
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational goals

What You'll Need

- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Trade counter, customer service or sales experience highly regarded
- Delivery driving experience advantageous
- Physically fit and capable of safely lifting heavy items
- Reliable, punctual, and a robust team player
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
