About the Role

No two days are the same! This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced Property Managers while developing your own skills and knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the leasing process, including advertising properties, processing applications, and preparing properties for new tenants





Attending open homes and conducting routine inspections

Conducting, completing and finalising routine inspections

Providing updates and feedback to Property Manager Team Leader

Supporting the day-to-day administration of the property portfolios

Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants

Helping ensure our clients receive an outstanding experience at every stage

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to build a successful career in property management.

You'll bring:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confidence working independently and as part of a team

A current Queensland Driver Licence

Your own reliable vehicle, as this role involves significant field work and daily driving

Full working rights in Australia

A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Real Estate Licence)
