Beach Byron Bay, part of the Fink group, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a small, close-knit kitchen overlooking the iconic Byron Beach. You will drive menu development, oversee inventory and cost control, and ensure excellent, consistent dining experiences for weddings and events.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ Head Chef experience, premium à la carte service from a fine dining background, solid leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for local seasonal produce.
