Your Role

The Principal Product Manager owns the strategy, prioritisation, and performance of a defined product domain, Member Moment, or strategic capability.

The role is accountable for translating member,partner, operational and commercial needs into clear product outcomes, ensuring investment is directedtowards the opportunities that create the greatest value for members, partners and Flybuys.

- Define and communicate the strategic direction for a product domain,Member Moment or strategic capability.
- Develop and maintain a clearproduct vision and roadmap aligned to Flybuys' strategic priorities,identifying opportunities to improve member, partner and commercialoutcomes through innovation, simplification and optimisation whilebalancing short-term delivery and long-term value creation
- Act as the accountable owner for prioritisation and trade-off decisionswithin the product domain.
- Ensure investment and delivery resourcesare directed towards the highest-value opportunities by evaluatingcustomer impact, commercial benefit, risk, effort and strategicalignment, with clear rationale for decisions to prioritise, defer or stopwork.
- Define clear product objectives, value hypotheses and performancemeasures, ensuring product investments deliver measurableimprovements in engagement, satisfaction, commercial performance oroperational efficiency.
- Continuously monitor outcomes and optimiseperformance to maximise value realisation.




- Ensure Product Managers and cross-functional teams have thestrategic context, priorities, decision guardrails and success measuresrequired to execute effectively.
- Maintain domain-level confidence indelivery and outcomes, resolving material dependencies, capacityconstraints and decisions that exceed delegated authority, whilekeeping teams focused on outcomes rather than activity.
- Navigate competing priorities across member, commercial, operationaland technical domains, facilitating trade-off decisions where value, risk,experience or capacity constraints are in conflict.
- Build alignmentacross stakeholders and provide transparent recommendations that supportthe best enterprise outcomes
- Directly lead, coach and develop UX Designer, setting clearexpectations and delegated accountabilities for their product areas.
- Build their strategic thinking, product judgement, discovery anddelivery capability through regular coaching, candid feedback anddevelopment planning

Your Experience

- Significant experience owning product strategy, prioritisation andmeasurable outcomes for complex digital, platform, data-enabled orcustomer-facing products.
- Proven track record translating customer, commercial and operationalinsights into product strategies, investment decisions and measurablebusiness outcomes.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product,
- Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Marketing, Commercial, and other operational stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable customer, commercial oroperational outcomes through product-led thinking, experimentation anddata-informed decision making.
- Experience operating within complex environments requiring significantstakeholder influence, competing priorities and difficult trade-off decisionsacross customer, commercial and technical domains.
- Proven experience developing business cases,



value hypotheses andinvestment recommendations that inform strategic and executive decisionmaking.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, demonstrating anunderstanding of technology platforms, architectural considerations,delivery constraints and technical trade-offs that influence productoutcomes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex and technical concepts tonon-technical audiences, building understanding, alignment and supportacross a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience within loyalty, retail, customer engagement, marketplace,platform or partner ecosystem environments is desirable.
- Deep understanding of product management principles, frameworks andoutcome-based delivery models.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience design, digital products, loyaltyprograms and member engagement ecosystems.
- Understanding of product discovery, experimentation, behaviouralanalytics and AI-enabled product practices.
- Knowledge of commercial evaluation, business case development andbenefits realisation methodologies.
- Understanding of privacy, risk, compliance and governanceconsiderations applicable to digital products and customer experiences.
- Knowledge of product operating models, prioritisation frameworks andagile delivery practices within complex organisations.
- Understanding of how product, technology, data, commercial andoperational capabilities combine to create customer and business value
