What You’ll Do! About the role
- You will be responsible for overseeing the club’s day-to-day operations inclusive of Functions, TAB/Keno, F&B; and gaming management.
- You will ensure employee productivity and accountability and lead our team to success while ensuring we deliver the highest standard of customer service.
- You will maintain the club’s safety, efficiency and compliance processes as a priority to ensure our members and guests’ experiences are of an exceptional standard.
- You will be innovative,
mentor and inspire our team and implement new ideas.
- You will provide insights and operational support to the General Manager.
What is required? Essential skills and capabilities
- A working understanding of all aspects of club operations
- Proven team management and leadership experience in a similar role
- Competency in managing and monitoring gaming, F&B; products and systems: TAB, Keno, POS, etc.
- RSA, RCG certification
- RMLV and Approved Managers License
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills (excel and Microsoft office suite)
- Be reliable and honest
