We are seeking an experienced Test Lead, Cyber Security & Risk to support a portfolio of information security and cyber uplift initiatives within a large scale regulatory program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring quality delivery across multiple security focused projects, driving testing governance, assurance, coordination and reporting activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major cyber security transformation program, working across multiple workstreams including endpoint security, security baseline uplift, security controls validation, monitoring capabilities and technology risk initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead test governance, assurance and reporting across multiple cyber security projects
- Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, scenarios and execution approaches
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including stakeholder engagement and defect management
- Support Technical Security Review and Sign-Off (TSRS) activities and evidence collection
- Provide oversight of testing activities across endpoint security, security controls and monitoring capabilities
- Partner with Cyber Security teams, Project Managers, Enterprise Architects and delivery teams
- Deliver clear reporting on testing outcomes, risks, issues and recommendations
- Ensure security requirements and controls are appropriately validated through structured testing practices

About You

You will bring strong experience as a Test Lead working across complex, multi stream projects, with the ability to manage competing priorities,



coordinate diverse stakeholder groups and confidently engage with both business and technical teams. You are comfortable operating in fast paced environments and have a solid understanding of cyber security and technology risk initiatives.

Essential Experience

- Proven experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager within large enterprise environments
- Experience delivering testing across cyber security, information security or technology risk programs
- Strong understanding of testing governance frameworks, methodologies and reporting
- Experience coordinating UAT and managing business and technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of endpoint protection, security controls, security baselines and vulnerability management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and influence senior technology stakeholders

Highly Regarded

- CPS 230 regulatory program experience
- Experience within financial services, superannuation or highly regulated environments
- Exposure to security monitoring and reporting initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise testing and defect management tools
