The Production Worker supports the assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, and distribution of Micropace medical devices. The role is responsible for ensuring products are assembled, processed, and dispatched in accordance with approved work instructions, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.

Working within an ISO 13485-certified Quality Management System, the position contributes to maintaining product quality, traceability, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery to customers and distributors worldwide.

The role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures to ensure components and finished goods are processed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do





Goods inwards inspection/testing of components to specifications

Pick, pack, label, assemble, package, and verify components and finished products in accordance with approved work instructions, work orders, and quality standards.

Organise dispatch note and related records for shipment delivery (i.e. Components to subcontractors, shipment to distributors)

Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage relationships. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential in this environment.

What You'll Bring

Must Have

- Intermediate computer literacy and fluency in English (Verbal and Written)
- Education to HSC or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage relationships
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have

- Previous experience in medical device, electronics, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience working within ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, or similar quality systems would be advantageous.
