About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to join our team based in Burleigh Heads, QLD. This is a full time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction and renovation projects. As Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality standards are met, timelines are achieved, and teams work safely and efficiently. This position is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering outstanding results to our clients.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and schedule staff and subcontractors on-site, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
- Conduct safety briefings and maintain strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with building codes and contractual requirements
- Manage communication between clients, contractors, tradespeople and internal teams to ensure clear expectations and prompt resolution of issues
- Order and track materials and equipment to ensure adequate supplies are available when needed
- Document project progress,



maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management
- Address on-site challenges and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Liaise with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout project delivery

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreperson in residential construction or home renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate teams effectively on-site
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients, staff, and contractors
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and technical drawings
- Valid driver's license
- A commitment to health and safety practices and maintaining a safe work environment
- Experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations, or similar specialised projects is advantageous
