Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in daily food preparation, execution and be an integral part of creating new menus and experiences for our guests.
Whether in the kitchen or from our kitchen garden, you will contribute to diverse dining experiences including A la Carte, Functions and Weddings. The successful candidate will have leadership experience, a robust passion for food, and a commitment to HACCP
