A growing Sydney medical device manufacturer is looking for a motivated TAFE graduate in toolmaking, machining, manufacturing, or a related trade to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build practical skills in a highly regulated, high-quality manufacturing setting. Previous medical device experience is not required. The most important thing is attitude: reliability, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job properly.

About The Role

- Toolmaking and precision manufacturing tasks
- CNC machining and CAM processes
- Quality control and inspection
- Reading drawings and following work instructions
- Maintaining accurate production records
- Supporting process improvements
- Working safely and carefully in a clean manufacturing environment
- Learning the documentation and quality requirements of medical device production

What We're Looking For





- TAFE qualification in toolmaking, machining, manufacturing, mechanical trade, or a related field
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and work to task
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions and documented procedures
- Interest in precision manufacturing and high-quality products
