The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and energetic Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Warehouse Admin Supervisor. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in keeping operations running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with speed and a smile - turning enquiries into satisfied customers every single time.
- Take ownership of email correspondence,
responding quickly and professionally to customers and suppliers.
- Process and track orders with precision, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate fulfilment.
- Keep inventory records spot-on and play an active role in stock management and optimisation.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to keep everything flowing seamlessly.
- Support daily operations across the warehouse and office, helping drive efficiency and results.
- Perform hands-on physical checks, cycle counts, and order verifications to maintain accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse administration (experience in transport/logistics is highly regarded).
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident communicator (phone + email).
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems and standard computer applications.
- Able to work independently while thriving as part of a cooperative team.
- Natural problem-solver who loves prioritising and getting things done.
