Endacom is a leading tunnelling and infrastructure services company delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes across New South Wales. Due to ongoing project demand, we are seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our team on a major tunnel infrastructure project in Manly, Sydney.

About the Role

As an HR Truck Driver at Endacom, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of materials, plant, and equipment in support of tunnel construction activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced civil construction environment and is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate HR trucks to transport materials, machinery, and equipment to and from tunnel construction work areas.
- Conduct daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Load and unload materials safely, ensuring loads are secured correctly.
- Maintain accurate delivery dockets, transport records,



and vehicle checklists.
- Assist with on-site logistics and traffic management where required.
- Perform routine vehicle checks, including oil, fuel, tyres, and general vehicle condition.
- Comply with all road rules, site requirements, WHS legislation, and company safety procedures.
- Follow tunnel-specific safety protocols and project procedures at all times.

About You

- Current HR Driver Licence (HC or MC Licence advantageous).
- Minimum 2 year of experience operating HR or heavy vehicles in tunnelling, or major infrastructure projects.
- Sound understanding of vehicle safety requirements and routine maintenance checks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Experience working on tunnel or major infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
