What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Disability Support Worker, you’ll learn how to:

- Support people with disability to live independently
- Assist with daily activities, community access, and personal care
- Build meaningful relationships and empower clients to reach their goals
- Work confidently within the NDIS framework
- Provide safe, person-centred, high‑quality support

You’ll gain hands‑on experience while completing your Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) — and we’ll support you every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous experience — just a genuine desire to make a difference. You’ll need (or be willing to obtain — we’ll support you!).





- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or willingness to obtain one)
- National Police Check (Or willingness to obtain one)
- QLD Working with Children Check (Employee status) (Or willingness to obtain one)
- Current CPR & First Aid certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence + your own reliable vehicle
