The Role

This is your opportunity to take the reins of a brand-new market and help establish our presence from the ground up. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will:

- Engage with motivated first home buyers and guide them through the purchase process

- Offer exclusive, ready-to-go house and land packages tailored to each client

- Work closely with our in-house drafting team to create instant solutions

- Drive sales outcomes in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

- Represent the 369 Home Brokers brand with confidence, care, and charisma

What We’re Looking For

- We’re seeking individuals who are quick to connect.

- Fluent, fast-talking, lively, and enthusiastic — the kind of person who lights up a room and thrives in conversations.

- The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, competitive, driven to get things done, and shows a consistently positive response to pressure.

- Experience in solar, car, flight, gym memberships, or similar sales (home sales experience not required)
