Role Overview

As an Investigations Coordinator within Zurich's Claims Technical Centre of Excellence, you will protect our customers and business by investigating potential claims fraud. You will work closely with claims, underwriting and external experts to influence decisions, strengthen governance and support a trusted, customer‑focused claims experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Triage fraud referrals and determine the appropriate investigation approach.
- Manage a caseload of investigations, including complex and high‑value matters.
- Coordinate external investigators, legal partners and specialist providers.
- Conduct desktop investigations and produce evidence‑based outcomes.
- Monitor investigation progress to meet service standards and quality expectations.
- Provide updates, insights and recommendations to stakeholders on risks and strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in the insurance industry with exposure to claims or investigations.
- Experience with consumer home and motor insurance is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of investigation principles and fraud risk management.
- Knowledge of relevant insurance legislation and industry obligations.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solid time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Confidence using digital tools and technology to support investigations and analysis.
