The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Service & Technical Operations Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. You’ll make things happen scheduling technicians, supporting clients, keeping projects moving, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from first call to completion.

This is a role where you’ll own your space, not just fill it. You’ll work directly with our clients and team, help refine our systems,



and contribute ideas that shape how we operate.

You’ll receive comprehensive training in the products and services we offer, along with mentorship from people who understand the technical and commercial aspects of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Keep our service schedule running like clockwork.
- Be the friendly, professional voice for clients and technicians before and after each job.
- Prepare invoices, service reports, and follow-up quotes for future work.
- Create Visio drawings and quotations from electrical tender plans.
- Coordinate hardware preparation and dispatch for projects.
- Seek feedback, Google Reviews, and identify new service opportunities.

What you’ll bring

- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine focus on client satisfaction.
- Confidence reading drawings
- Experience with software such as Visio, CRM packages such as Pipedrive and ServiceM8
- A proactive, hands‑on mindset someone who takes pride in seeing things done right.
- Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
