Access Care Network Australia is seeking an Aged Care Clinical Assessor – Central to join our Sydney team. You will perform initial telehealth assessments to determine care needs and My Aged Care eligibility, acting as a clinical escalation point for Home Support assessors.

We value flexible work options, including full time or a 4-day week, plus remote work and health programs. Prior MAC accreditation and relevant registrations are essential.
