About the role:Minecon are looking to employ trade qualified Field Maintenance Supervisors for a site-based role in Weipa. These opportunities are ongoing roles that offer job security, while working with a supportive and experienced on-site team. Accommodation and meals are provided with a mixture of travel arrangements dependent on the site location.

FIFO to site from Cairns or Brisbane

What are we looking for?
Mechanical heavy diesel trade qualification (AUR or MEM)
Current police check or willing to complete
Coal Board medical or MMQ - inclusive of chest x-ray (or willing to complete)
Strong safety mindset with a passion for delivering all outcomes safely.
Extensive knowledge of effective maintenance planning & work execution, contractor management, and maintenance systems.
Superior technical knowledge of heavy plant and equipment.
Extensive supervisory experience and the ability to coach a small team of trade qualified employees.
