WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Working with a small team you will assist customers and support the Store Manager at our Miranda Wheel&Barrow; store with your own flair to maximise sales and achieve goals.

You’re a passionate Retailer– you have an in-depth knowledge of the retail market and know what it takes to support a successful store through sales and KPIs

You’re a robust communicator- You know how to influence key stakeholders to get the best possible strategic outcomes.

You’ll understand your customers –using your exceptional customer service skills you will be able to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise.

You work well under pressure– respond calmly to situations with competing priorities and find solutions to any problems you face.

You’ll have an eye for detail– you will implement store merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.

You’ll have a focus on safety –adhere to health, safety and environmental standards and regulations and embed a safety culture into the team.
