- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX, with strong expertise in AX2009 experience.
- Proven experience in application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience leading a team, mentoring consultants, and coordinating project activities
- Confident in managing client‑facing engagements, including requirement discussions, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a rapid‑paced environment
