Global Skills is supportive of candidates looking to enterthe Employment Services industry for the first time and also welcomesapplications from experienced candidates with current or previous industry orrelated experience.

Some key responsibilities for our Employment Consultantroles:

- Provideand arrange customised support to a diverse caseload of job seekers,including the development of personalised job plans, resume and careerguidance, interview preparation, referral to training and support servicesand ongoing workplace support after job placement
- Buildpositive relationships with potential employers to broker suitable roles.

Successful candidates for these Employment Consultantroles will:

- Shareour commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
- Possessexceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport withpeople from diverse backgrounds
- Possessgood administrative and computer skills
- Haveexperience working to deadlines and/or KPIs
- Passa Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks asdeemed necessary
- Beeligible to work in Australia




- Beexpected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
- Beable to work full time hours onsite, Monday to Friday
- Bi-lingualapplicants who speak Vietnamese, orother languages will be highly regarded.
