Kids Early Learning Centres – Capalaba QLD

Capalaba Kids Early Learning Centreis a established Reggio Emilia inspired centre in the heart of Capalaba, which has been rated as EXCEEDING the National Quality Standards. This beautiful double centre is licensed for 150 places a day. Our ten studios cater for children aged six weeks to six years, across two beautiful centres.

At Capalaba Kids, we are currently seeking Qualified Educators to join our established team of dedicated professionals.

We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

The successful applicant for this role will:

- Take pride in the presentation of the centre
- Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
- MUST hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards*)
- Willing to work 5 days a week between open and close of the service
- Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
- Be willing to open and close




- Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
