ABOUT THE ROLE

Sydney Neuropsych is aneuropsychology clinic on Sydney's North Shore. Thisis a genuine opportunity to embed yourself early in a growing clinic; workingalongside experienced neuropsychologists and building a meaningful practicewithin an environment that cares about its people and its clients, fromassessment to ongoing care.

The position is for aneuropsychologist to complete neuropsychological assessments across a range ofdifferent groups (children, adults and older adults), dementia,neurodevelopmental and neurodiversity assessments.

The role is open to fully endorsedClinical Neuropsychologists or Neuropsychology Registrars looking to completesupervised hours in a well established neuropsychology practice.

Experience will be highly regarded,but there are significant opportunities for supervision, professionaldevelopment and training for the right candidate. We are looking for long-termclinicians who can see themselves working in a consistent and stable practiceand growing into a senior clinician within the team for years to come.

For Registrars applying, we havestructured the role to give you a genuine learning arc; from supervisedin-session observation through to independently completing the assessmentcomponent of full neuropsychological evaluations, with a significant breadth oftesting and experience.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

- Exposure to a diverse andgenuinely interesting caseload: ADHD, Autism, acquired brain injury, SLD,neurological conditions like Dementia, capacity assessments and comprehensivecognitive assessments
- (For Registrars applying) A Structuredprogression: beginning with in-session supervised observation, advancing toindependently completing the assessment component (excluding intake andfeedback) under supervision
- Hands-on experience with Private,NDIS, and Medicare & DVA clients
- Collaboration with a seniorneuropsychologist on complex,



multi-domain cases
- Report writing mentorship andclinical documentation to high professional standards

WHAT'S ON OFFER

ABOUT SYDNEY NEUROPSYCH

Sydney Neuropsych is a neuropsychologyclinic on Sydney's North Shore, led by Dr Hannah Korrel. Dr Korrel has over 10 years'clinical experience in both the public and private systems, in ADHD and Autismassessment across the lifespan, university lecturing experience, and researchcontributions cited in the DSM-5, and provides structured, hands-on supervisionto registrars.

The clinic operates acrossprivate, NDIS, and Medicare streams, and is growing rapidly with increasingreferrals from GPs, psychiatrists,

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Familiarity with a diverse rangeof neuropsychology measures and neuropsychological assessments across thelifespan.
- Experience with neurodiversityassessments will be highly regarded
- Fully endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologists& Neuropsychology registrars
- Strong academic foundations inneuropsychological assessment theory and practice
- High standards for writtencommunication and clinical documentation and can work with well-establishedtemplates & process and to a high clinical standard
- Someone seeking a long-term roleand to potentially establish themselves as a senior clinician within areputable practice with high standards of clinical practice, always at thecutting edge of neuropsychological testing, learning and revising testingapproaches in line with research.

Selection Criteria:

- Evidence ofqualifications as a clinical neuropsychologist or registrar, outlining time ofendorsement or stage of registrar program.
- Outline your experienceworking with neuropsychological assessments across the lifespan, setting, andbreadth of knowledge/specific experience with neuropsychological tests.
- Outline any experiencewith Autism/ADHD assessments.
- Please outline your startdate availability, and availability through the week.
- Applicants must be ableto clear a police check and a working with children check. Please also discloseany prior or current conditions on your AHPRA registration.
- Please provide tworeferences of supervisors who have worked with you before, who consent to becontacted for a referee report after interviews and selection (pleaseprovide name, phone/email, and relationship to you).
