Orion Aluminium is seeking a motivated Trainee/Offsider to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent school leaver, someone starting out in the trades, or anyone looking to learn a skilled profession. No previous experience is required—we'll provide full on-the-job training.

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn both the fabrication and installation of premium aluminium windows and doors. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople in our factory and on-site, gaining valuable skills while earning a full-time wage.

What You'll Do

- Assist with the fabrication of premium aluminium windows and doors in our factory.
- Assist with the installation of windows and doors on high-end residential projects across Sydney.
- Learn to safely use hand and power tools and fabrication equipment.
- Load and unload materials and prepare worksites.
- Work as part of a qualified team while maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career.
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
- Driver's licence is an advantage but not essential.
