Morgan Insurance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Orange NSW office. This is a position based in Orange NSW 2800, offering the opportunity to manage a key location within our growing brokerage network. As Branch Manager, will see you support our experienced Insurance Broker in delivering tailored insurance solutions to our valued clients. This role is pivotal to delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

- Directing and overseeing branch operations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant insurance legislation, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Claims management - liaising with clients, insurers and underwriters to ensure smooth processing of claims and policy updates.
- Administrative support
- Processing recent policies, renewals and endorsements
- Quoting or new business and renewals
- Managing and updating client records
- Coordinate and ensure timely responses to clients and insurer enquiries

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated ability to lead,



motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, staff and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Basic understanding of insurance (preferred but not essential)
