We are looking for an experienced 4x4 Technician to join our Brian Hilton TJM team in Gosford.

About the Role

As a 4x4 Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations and ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop ready for adventure.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Fitting a wide range of 4x4 accessories including bull bars, suspension, canopies, tow bars, roof racks, snorkels and electrical accessories.




- Diagnosing and carrying out repairs on 4x4 accessories and related components.
- Providing expert advice on products and accessory solutions.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop presentation.
- Completing repair orders and documentation accurately.
- Working collaboratively with the Parts and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Trade qualifications as a Motor Mechanic or proven experience fitting 4x4 accessories.
- Previous experience with accessory installation and 4WD modifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A current manual driver's licence.
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
