Skills and Experience

- Enjoy working in a busy environment with a true passion for cooking and a strong emphasis on presentation.
- Proven ability working in a large capacity venue.
- Demonstrate high-level proficiency across all stations.
- Follow venue menu planning for preparation and cooking.
- Experience in production kitchens is advantageous but not essential




- A keen eye for detail and a positive and proactive approach.
- Strong and detailed business acumen for kitchen operations
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster a creative and organised setting where team members take pride in their work.
- Mentor staff and foster a positive, respectful, and efficient kitchen culture.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- 3 years relevant experience in a busy restaurant
- Food Handling Skill Set
