The primary focus of this role is to provide technical direction of the deployment, support, optimisation, configuration, and implementation of ICT infrastructure.

An prospect has become available for several Infrastructure Support Officers to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world‑class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

- Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning
- Work to automate infrastructure delivery across the GCHHS to help support Infrastructure as a service focus
- Ensure end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems
- Install, configure, test, optimise, implement and commission enterprise infrastructure components
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation and recommendations on the operational performance of the enterprise infrastructure

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

- Driver Licence
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in infrastructure, cloud, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

- Permanent full time and temporary full time (one permanent position and one temporary position, up to 6 months with the possibility of extension)




- Base salary ranging from $125,002 – 133,898 per annum or $4791.30 - $5132.30 per fortnight
