The opportunity

Works Media Group is building Australia's first digital advertising network inside the stores where farmers transact, selling the advertising space to brands who want to reach regional Australia.

About us

We procure, install and manage digital panels in agricultural retail stores under long-term retail partnerships, then monetise that network by selling advertising slots to brands who want to be in front of farmers at the point of purchase. We're rapidly scaling our panels nationally, building a first to market Agri Business Media Channel.

What you'll do

- Build and manage a pipeline of agriculture-category brands and their media agencies and direct contacts, automotive, farm machinery, work apparel, farm tech, real estate, telco and other brands backing regional Australia.
- Sell advertising slots against transparent commercial targets, helping drive each panel toward its revenue potential.
- Represent Works Media Group at ag industry events, field days and retail partner sites.




- Work closely with our retail partners to keep the network relevant, well utilised and delivering for both advertisers and stores.

What you'll bring

- Media, advertising or B2B sales experience. Ag sector experience is a strong plus, but genuine agriculture brand or retailer relationships matter more than a specific background.
- Existing contacts across agriculture adjacent categories such as farm machinery, ag tech, rural real estate, automotive or telco.
- A positive, hardworking, team first attitude. We need someone who brings energy to a new category, not just a contact list.
- Comfortable with regional travel and time in market with retail partners and brands.
