About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery across all dining operations. You'll oversee daily restaurant and bar activities, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence, all while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise F&B; operations to deliver outstanding service across the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving financial targets through accurate recording of sales, stock control, and efficient rostering.




- Implement and monitor upselling and service initiatives that drive guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with RSA standards and uphold workplace health & safety procedures.
- Maintain an inviting, functional, and clean environment in both front and back‑of‑house areas.
- Train and support recent team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a similar F&B; leadership or supervisory role.
- A hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of WHS practices, RSA compliance, and POS systems.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
