C & M Civil Earthworks is a family owned and operated business based in Parkes, NSW and services the Mining, Agricultural and Civil Construction industries.

About the Position:

Due to increased growth and expanding project requirements, we are seeking applications for dump truck operators. Training can be provided for entry level positions.

Successful candidates will be operating 775 Dump Trucks and 740 Moxey Dump Trucks, operating at a local mine site.

C & M Civil Earthworks seek to engage long term staff and provide career development opportunities throughout the business.

Roster will be Monday to Friday.

Selection Criteria:

Current and valid driver's licence

OHS Construction Induction (White Card) essential (or willingness to obtain)

Must be punctual, reliable and self motivated

High level of initiative,



attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team

Outstanding commitment to safety in the workplace

This is not a FIFO position - applicants must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Parkes local area
