Big Dog Builds builds American trucks the Aussie way — the aftermarket modification of RAM, Chevrolet, Ford and GMC vehicles, built for comfort and built to turn heads. We’re the recent market leader, and we want a closer to carry the brand into the market.

The Gig

You’re the voice of Big Dog Builds in the market. Customers come to us to transform their RAM, F-Series, Chevrolet and GMC vehicles the Aussie way — your job is to turn their enquiry into a spec’d build and a signed deposit. You’ll be trained in our proven sales methodology and run it end-to-end in Pipedrive. This is real selling with a real method behind it — not a script and a smile.

How the deal runs: you own the Pipedrive Lead Inbox and move every deal cleanly through the live stage flow — Lead Inbox, Build Design Meeting Booked, Quote Sent, Booked QFUM, Won. No deal skips a stage, and nothing is left to rot.

What You’ll Do

- Make it ring — consistent, well-researched outbound calling. Every call is researched before you dial.
- Work the pipeline — own the Pipedrive Lead Inbox, qualify fast, and keep every deal clean, staged and moving through the flow above.
- Read the room — tune into each customer and adapt your approach to win them over.
- Spec the build — uncover the real use-case, match it to a Big Dog build, and present proof and pricing with confidence.
- Close the step — lock the next commitment on every call: a Build Design Meeting, a
- Keep it honest — accurate notes, accurate forecast, no deals left to rot.

- Self-disciplined — you want to be the expert, you respect a proper process, and you actually keep your CRM tidy.
- Resilient & results-driven — a busy day on the phones doesn’t scare you; a “no” doesn’t
- Organised in a hybrid setup — you don’t need someone standing over you to hit your numbers.
- From any industry — retail, hospitality, telco, real estate, call centre, you name it. No automotive experience required — just the drive to learn and sell.

Bonus points: Pipedrive (or similar CRM) experience, and any background selling considered or higher-value products or services.

Location Brisbane / SEQ-based, with scheduled workshop days at our Caboolture shop. Hybrid (WFH + workshop).

Hours Core hours 8:00am–5:00pm QLD time, with flexibility to support WA customers across the time difference.
