Ballina Shire Council is seeking a safety-conscious, experienced treatment plant operator to lead the Water and Wastewater team. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will ensure the safe, reliable operation of Council’s water, wastewater, and recycled water facilities while guiding staff and trainees with hands-on mentoring.

Key requirements include a Certificate III in Water Industry Treatment, robust leadership, and excellent communication.
