Residential/Commercial Manager(Scaffolding/Mining)

Integral Scaffolding are actively recruiting a Site Manager/Planner to join our team based in Orange, NSW. The Manager will supervise a core team of experienced Scaffolders to help scope, deliver scaffolding services and work closely with clients throughout the Central West.

Our mission is to get the job done while ensuring the safety of our workers and other personnel. We strive for happy staff members who go home safe, and happy clients who would recommend us to a mate.

This position is permanent full-time. Suitable candidates will:

- Be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience as a Supervisor or Planner in a Scaffolding, Mining or Construction work environment.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with Clients on multiple sites
- Ability to manage Scaffold builds from start to finish (Measuring, Quoting and Invoicing)
- Manage and allocate a team of Scaffolders
- Scaffolding knowledge/experience essential
- Be based local to the Central West, or be willing to relocate for the position.

- Be able to pass pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening and be willing for Integral to process a National Police Check.

- Be local or willing to relocate for a tree change,
- Have an Australian drivers licence (minimum C Class licence, unrestricted)
- Advanced Scaffolding ticket and scaffolding experience desirable.
- Mine site experience desirable.
