As an Electrical Apprentice at Excel Power Pty Ltd, you will be joining a dynamic team of skilled electricians to assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical & solar systems in both residential and commercial properties. This is a full time apprenticeship position based in Toowoomba, QLD 4350.
What you'll be doing
Work alongside experienced electricians to learn and apply electrical installation and maintenance practices
Assist with the diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical faults and issues
Install, test and commission various electrical components and systems
Assist with the installation of grid-connected and off-grid solar systems
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken
Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry regulations at all times
Participate in ongoing training and development to further your electrical knowledge and skills
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program
Strong practical skills and a keen interest in the electrical and renewable trade
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to work safely and follow all relevant procedures
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Good communication and teamwork skills
