This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, works well in a team and can confidently assist with a range of factory duties.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, works well in a team and can confidently assist with a range of factory duties.
Key responsibilities
- Manufacturing and assembling custom-built wardrobes
- Operating an edgebander and panel saw confidently and safely
- Cutting, edging and preparing materials
- Reading plans and job specifications
- Operating factory machinery, power tools and hand tools
- Preparing completed jobs for installation
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
- Assisting with general factory duties as required
What we’re looking for
- Cabinet-making, joinery or wardrobe-manufacturing experience
- Proven experience operating an edgebander and panel saw is essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read plans, measurements and job specifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights
