We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Site Manager to lead our two store locations in Rockhampton and deliver exceptional results across sales, customer experience and team engagement.
About the Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of your allocated stores, ensuring operational excellence while developing high-performing teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who loves coaching others, driving sales and creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve store and KPI targets across multiple locations
- Lead, coach and develop Assistant Store Managers and wider retail teams
- Build a strong customer-first culture and deliver exceptional service standards
- Manage rostering and labour budgets to optimise productivity
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and succession planning across stores
- Manage stock performance, inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives
About You
You are a passionate retail leader with a proven track record of leading results for your store/s and developing successful teams.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a Multi-Site Manager or Senior Store Manager position
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development skills
- Experience managing labour budgets, rostering and store profitability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
