This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys working closely with field-based teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving positive HSEQ outcomes. Working as part of our HSEQ team, you will provide practical advice, conduct audits and inspections, support investigations, and assist in maintaining our integrated management systems.
Based along the East Coast and close to one of our depot locations in Mount Kuring-Gai (NSW), Tuggerah (NSW), Campbellfield (VIC), or Yatala (QLD), this role will involve regular travel to operational sites.

Mirait Technologies Australia is a leader in the Telecommunications and Energy infrastructure construction and maintenance space. With a focus on delivering superior outcomes to our customers, we are looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team.
The Role
The HSEQ Advisor is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of Mirait's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems across the business.
- Conduct site, plant and vehicle inspections, audits and compliance activities
- Provide HSEQ support and guidance across projects and operational sites throughout Australia
- Investigate incidents, hazards and near misses, and monitor corrective actions
- Support compliance with WHS, environmental and quality management systems
- Deliver HSEQ inductions, training and awareness initiatives
- Provide HSEQ reports and contribute to continuous improvement of HSEQ systems and processes
You
To secure an interview for this great opportunity, it is desirable to meet the following:
- Experience in a HSEQ Advisor, HSEQ Coordinator or similar role
- Qualification in Workplace Health & Safety or a related discipline
- Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees, subcontractors and customers
- Strong written and verbal communication, and advanced MS Office skills
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to sites across Australia
- Experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, construction or utilities is highly regarded
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
- Tool of trade vehicle provided for work use
